By accessing or using Alara Blooms ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Who May Use the App

Alara Blooms is intended for use by parents and caregivers aged 18 and older. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at dellbby4@yahoo.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Content You Provide

All tracking data you log (feedings, sleep, mood, diapers, notes, etc.) remains yours. By using the App, you grant Alara Blooms a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide you with the service.

No Medical Advice

Alara Blooms is a tracking and organizational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, nutritional, or developmental advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns about your child.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Alara Blooms are the property of Alara Blooms and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any data loss or service outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alara Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at dellbby4@yahoo.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
